Good luck to anyone applying. I do hope they pick some fans at least to do the tours. Would be so much nicer to have people there with a passion for P. There's always a rainbow 🌈 , at the end of every rain ☔️

I feel the same as you benni. To me, Paisley Park is Prince, and he's what comes to mind whenever I see it. I just wouldn't want to work there, with him as a daily reminder who's no longer here, or no longer a part of Paisley Park.

I live in Minneapolis and not too far from Paisley Park. I have hesitated to apply but maybe I will consider in the future would an open position emerge. This is my normal life. These marital standards cannot be recreated with money.

I would totally apply if I lived closer. A 4 hour drive to work is a little out of my way. I'm not a human

They are not giving any job description which makes it difficult for those who already have a career but who could use an opportunity. This is my normal life. These marital standards cannot be recreated with money.

Catalogue associate, now that sounds juicy. "You always get the dream that you deserve, from what you value the most" -Prince 2013

Too bad you have to be a US resident. |

I would apply as well, but I don't live there. Maybe at another time. Erin Smith

What is an "ecology associate"?
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Good question! I googled it and it seems it is someone expert in ecology and willing to promote the philosophy to members. I am not saying by any means this is the description of the position they are seeking. This is my normal life. These marital standards cannot be recreated with money.

I couldn't do it now. Visiting will be hard enough, although I want very much to go and will. Anyway, Paisley park is in my heart.

Damn. I wonder if they can use a retired RN to sniff his clothes as I organize his closet.
Just wondering. [Edited 9/4/16 19:48pm]

wtf? | |

Exactly. It's like how these days janitorial/cleaning positions are usually called "environmental control" or "environmental services" workers. - The only position I am unsure about what it likely is, is 'catalogue associate'. But even the other positions don't give a description about what the job/s involve, or what skills or training might be needed or helpful. - I want to apply, but I'm old(er) and haven't worked in years so I doubt I'd even have a chance amongst the slew of other applicants.

Catalog associate -- I'm thinking clerical - filing - labels -- etc all seem like entry level positions [Edited 9/4/16 19:18pm] ~Live Free ... I'm seriously considering this. The first thing I thought when I heard about the tours is I should try and get a job there! It's a hurtful place, the world, in and of itself. We don't need to add to it. We all need one another. ~ PRN

Wow, wouldn't that be something! Good luck to those who apply! I'm tempted. We all want the stuff that's found in our wildest dreams. . .

Ecology associate = janitor We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.
