The original idea for this came back when The Hits came out in 1993. It seemed like so many classic songs were left off, that I started compiling my own companion albums. I have a Best of set too. [This message was edited Fri Apr 4 2:52:14 PST 2003 by TRON] I see. My Hits 3 is a lot weaker than both Hits 1 and 2, but then again Hits 2 had Peach, which is enough top carry any album on its own...

Are we sticking with tracks Pre-1993 to pretend this disc were actually made?
I like moonbeams tracklist. I might replace Private Joy with something quirky and dark like Annnie Christian. I would also perhaps include Mountains cuz its such a feel good track.

The overall feel for the discs goes something like this:
Hits 3: dark, funky, edgy, party songs Hits 4: uplifting, spiritual, anthemic songs [This message was edited Fri Apr 4 9:11:15 PST 2003 by TRON]
