HipHollywood has learned that the CORE Media Group, formerly known as CKX Inc., will open a Paisley Park Museum honoring late rock icon, Prince. Core Media Group is the same entertainment company that operates Graceland, the former home and estate of Elvis Presley. That property has since been turned into a museum paying tribute to the legend.
HipHollywood was told that Prince’s family was opposed to the terms of a 4-year deal brokered by the estate’s trustee with CORE Media, but they could do little to prevent it. Interesting. [Edited 8/18/16 23:29pm] | |

I. don't. know. I just wiki'd them and there's them filing chapter 11 in May. And they sold their stake in Elvis' and Ali's Enterprises 3 years ago. Why couldn't the family do anything about it? | |

I like the idea of a museum and will definetly visit it at least once, but I also agree with the folks that the studios should remain in use. That could be for regular acts or for students, being a kind of music school. Produced, Arranged, Composed & Performed by PRINCE
