Where does this notion come from that Prince's estate has no cash??!!?? Prince's siblings are probably strapped for cash, but I would be stunned if Prince did not have millions of dollars in the bank at the time of his passing. I mean, he must have been bringing in at least a million for each stop of the Piano & A Microphone tour. (At one time he commented that his fee was $3 million per night.) Meaning, the man never stopped earning money. The thing is, the family cannot touch his money until the estate is settled. And that could take quite some time. | |

and, who wants to sit through 2 hours of other people trying to play prince music, just the thought of that makes my head almost pop off, it is going to be aweful...and then we should PAY to listen to all that...PASS... the october event is NOT a memorial, sounds to me like it is a money making event disguised as something for the fans, it is soooooooooo shady. i too hate all of this, i am not a religous person, but i say a prayer every night for prince... i don't know if it helps him, but it helps me | |

Nursev and everyone.. from an outsider only recently getting on the Prince Band Wagon.. ( I cant understand how I didnt get into this mans talent eariler) I think from what I understand,, Prince himself would firstly not want to be found in an Elevator..!! for a guy who was so image concious and private.. I mean if the press hadnt have dug in with the death of Boy Gregory he wouldnt have said anything!! so my point there is that he wouldnt want people to know but on the other hand he wouldnt want his image tainted either. I think the family just needs to explain whats happened, how long, what was tried and be done with it.. to just say nothing just leaves people comparing him to MJs death which drives me mad!! totaly different and I cant understand why they would not just want to clear things up and be done with it.. Perhaps they are wating until the investigations colcudes before they say anything.. also on another topic.. everyone cashing in on his death like Sheila E and the Revolution.. all these little concerts/tributes I would have prefered on big one with everyone involved.. its a bit sad really.. anyway thats my 2 cents worth.. | |
