i've never been a real big fan of "the one" live, since i prefer the album version,
but this rendition is very cool.

and then comes the guitar solo omfg guitar

and THEN comes the electric man segment lol

particularly terrific is this bit:

Prince : cuz when eye PLUUUUUUG in Ur Socket...... y'all ain't heard me... y'all ain't heard

Lady In Audience: yes I DID!!!

Prince: when eye PLUUUUUG in Ur socket

I'm so glad I went to this show. The version of Question of U/Electric Man from the Nude tour was one of my favorite performances, but I never thought I'd get to see him do a version of that in person. I went nuts when he actually did the Electric Man part... LOL

And yeah it's a bloody brilliant performance. I made a playlist containing the Paisley Park Dance Rally 4 Peace, replacing The Whole of the Moon cover with this performance of Question of U/The One/ElectricMan, and it makes a phenomenal live 3rdeyegirl Rock album!

nice! although, i'd still put "the whole of the moon" after it, as an extra lol it's so good too music
