Yes, Tyka did submit this and Bremer Trust responded she was an heir but the Judge instead ordered her to take a DNA test. The Judge has not, as of this date, ruled on who is an heir of P.

I agree. I have to say reading the document the courts decisions were backed up with sound, logical arguments. From an objective standpoint, I can see why they decided to grant in ST's favor.
