This is a very specific period of time. Someone , somwehere, is suspicious. That was the first piece of paperwork filed in Probate Court. Someone had to request the Court to set up an Estate for P. So Tyka petitioned the Court to set up P's Estate. Then Tyka asked the Court to appoint Bremer as the Special Administrator of the Estate as she would be unable to administrate his huge Estate. Tyka hasnt even been named an heir yet.

All I know is this:

Colonel Klink and Starsky and Hutch are involved in the investigation, and

the ex-wife attached as an Exhibit comments made on Prince.org about how she was harassed after the divorce.
