I have always believed he had health issues and I always believed some of it was mental. I kind of thought he got on the right kind of meds after 96 and even better ones in the early 2000s.

Nobody is telling you cannot say what you please, by all means, please keep the wonderful posts coming, we are all learning a great deal from them. We all leave ourselves open for criticism when we post, that is the nature of a forum based on open discussion. If being called out on what you post really gets you this heated, whether the person calling you out is correct, or incorrect, well, it says more about you than anyone else.

What gets me heated is someone who adds nothing to the convesation. Cannot accept others opinions without constructive critisim or critical thought. You added nothing but smart ass retorts even those were not interesting. Now I am going to get back on the topic. You go have a nice day.

at anyone taking wikipedia as gospel. Hint: It isn't.
Pfeiffer syndrome can be either inherited or caused by a gene mutation. The below is from rarediseases.org (emphasis mine):
Pfeiffer syndrome is an autosomal dominant genetic disorder. Dominant genetic disorders occur when only a single copy of an abnormal gene is necessary to cause a particular disease. The abnormal gene can be inherited from either parent or can be the result of a new mutation (gene change) in the affected individual. Essentially all cases of Pfeiffer syndrome type II and type III have resulted from new mutations. Advanced paternal age is associated with an increased risk for new mutations for Pfeiffer syndrome. The risk of passing the abnormal gene from an affected parent to offspring is 50% for each pregnancy. The risk is the same for males and females.
The other very interesting thing is that the risk of passing the abnormal gene is 50% for each pregnancy. It has long been my theory that the reason for Prince and Mani's divorce was infertility or a known genetic defect on his part. There were rumors back in the NPGMC days that she had suffered at least one miscarriage while married to Prince. That is certainly plausible - back when she was starting her In A Perfect World charity, she made several mentions of wanting a better world for her children. And yet, those children never materialized while she was married to Prince.
50% is only if one of them had Pfieffer. They didn't so it would be unlikely to happen again.
Pfieffer - characterized by premature fusion of certain skull bones (craniosynostosis), and abnormally broad and medially deviated thumbs and great toes. Most affected individuals also have differences to their midface (protruding eyes)
.
Sorry about mentioning the Ketamine. Not in a million years do I think P got on the plane and took K to sit down to his meal with JH. I was trying to say she was describing something she had seen, not making it up. Her description reminded me exactly of a response to Ketamine. To others she was describing epilepsy. I've never seen epilepsy starting with a blank stare and ending with a long period (20 minutes or more) unconsciousness - but maybe others have. It is just that she was definitely not describing Fentanyl or Oxy/Percocet OD so what was going on? Her account (like the chef and bodyguard) doesn't seem to fit the story being given. I don't want to speculate why it doesn't.
.
All I am really saying is that if this was just P not managing his pain meds very well then not only did this become evident in a very sudden dramatic fashion (the plane detour, hospital stay, party, the save your prayers, the doctors being called in from out of state with drugs in a backpack, the elevator etc), the accounts of those that were around him just didn't seem to fit simply with the accounts of pain med problems. Then family and friends were still saying there was never any drug use. Why would they say that in April if they knew he was misusing his meds?
.
It seems that the more they talk about it the more strange it all becomes.

There are also many preachers through the course of history who have a great disdain for gays yet when the door closes they are fellating the neighborhood kid
Of course he did not do drugs in the 90's, and probably not in the 21st century either. We are talking about a guy who stayed away from cell phones because he felt the radiation they emitted was harmful (from one of his tweets last year), had an extremely healthy strict diet, etc. There is no indication of drug use in the 90's anywhere.
[Edited 8/16/16 9:44am]
seriously, how do you know what he did? because thats what he said? Just curious..you saw him eat, not use a cell phone,,..he didnt do drugs yet dies of a self administered fentynal patch..get a grip,, od on a airplance days earlier that it had to make a precipitous drop and get on ground wthin minutes or he would have died..yet no drugs
This is why I'm not convinced it was Epilepsy. I have witnessed seizures firsthand and 99% of the time they are not life threatening. I mean, you wouldn't need to land a plane in 17mins for them. You just have to be aware of common sense things like not biting the tongue etc. [Edited 8/16/16 11:29am]Baby, you're a star.

It is strange and people just do not want to see it. I have someone in my family who is having seziures and what Judith describes sounds like the seziures they are expering. Doctor Drew even said what she described might have been a seziure not an opiod overdoes. He also said that people usually do not OD on the pain pills but usually when they mix them with other meds or the withdrawals get to people. A lot of things do not add up or make sense. I do think that we will find out something soon just because the investigation is real quiet and is taking so long.

I think Dr. Drew said that before the medical examiner's report came out. But I do remember seeing him on CNN and he did say what you mention - that people don't typically OD from the painkillers but if they're mixed with something else, like sleeping pills. Paisley Park is in your heart
