Then they should 've outed her prior to his transition. Prince was around decades after their tryst and she was never "outed" til now. I am skeptical by people and situations that have came to the light since his transition and this is one of those things. | |

I still think it was about Vanity. I remember him talking about Vanity at a concert and then going into LRC; strongly suggesting that the song was about her. He did this again for another song but can't remember which one. The message I got from him was that he wrote many songs about her. | |

Personally? Meh, no idea if it's about her or Vanity, but I do find it funny that people will insist it's about her. Hell, it could be about an actual little red corvette for all we know (I'm kidding, really). I imagine myself inside your bedroom; oh, I imagine myself in your sky.

Sometimes it seems like people think they know more about Prince than Prince knew or the people who were actually there. Her speaking about the jockeys and the hidden, clever (no, VERY clever) Trojans bit sold me. From what I've gathered from prince over the years is he can write a lyric everyone can understand in one fashion but the people in the know will understand it very differently. That crafty little nickel. That's where her story sold me. If I went by the notions of people on the org, Prince was steady fucking Kristen Scott-Thomas Cuz he wrote a song about her 25 years later...steady fuckin the Aussie twins...steady fuckin hanna...but not Donna Cuz of her hair..and of course he fucked Penelope Cruz Cuzco she got a mention. It'd be funny if it didn't get so perverse at times. | |

Yeah... it sometimes kind of feels like the fairy tale MUST ME upheld, and any women outide of that are so viciously attacked, and THAT bothers me so much. Why attack this one or that one becaue you don't like her? For whatever reason, Prince did. Let 'em alone, the comon demominator in Prince's failed relationships is him. In her YT interview she addressed that line directly, though she didn't say what it meant she said she'd talk about it in her book. Her book is an autobiography of her life and while Prince is in it he's not the focus of it. She sounds like a very interesting lady to tell the truth. I could actually in my minds eye see the clique they ran in and Prince's interest in her all those many years ago. | |
