Prince & the Band/auburn hills/Detroit I just watched Prince singing/rapping Prince & the band in his Detroit Musicology concert and it was just adorable  only Prince could make the bad side of the music business into a cool song  it was kinda funky  Ya'll see that clip? | |

Excellent clip. Brief, high quality audio and video, best band, jaw dropping performance.
Loved the Musicology Tour. Caught it in San Jose and Sacramento, CA. No more splits, but in top form otherwise.

I went to 3 Musicology shows...dont remember the dates, but twice in Los Angeles, once in Glendale, Arizona...one of the LA shows was actually the last time I saw him Make it so, Number One... | |

Ooh,yeah! I need to view this recording. I was thinking of getting my parents tix to one of those shows, but they were busy with travel or something at that time. I think I read from here or somewhere back then that Prince had cried after his last show at The Palace? > I've seen the clip from the Musicology show that I did attend at the MCI Center in DC--how hype--where Prince & the band were playing Blackstreet's "No Diggity"! That was a sho' nuff stand- up event all the way through with a sit-down break nearly only for his guitar solo set. > Such an exciting time that Musicology Tour was!
