Ooooh, I have questions about the trench coat. Mostly, how many were there, and did he originally buy one and then have the others made in the same style.

There seems to have been at least two Dirty Mind coats, one blue:

And one green:

And then the pink one appears:

And the black one:

Followed by the metallic purple one:

And finally the most famous version:

Any more?

Not like I love my guitar....

You press on the little tree icon and then put in the URL.

You mean this one?:

This is tricky, because yeah, I reckon that's a trenchcoat, but I'm not sure it's the *same* trenchcoat (no studs, shoulder pads, around the shoulder's it looks a lot more like the Parade coat), although I suppose the other trench coats were all different, but also the same. Hmmmm.

Not sure I've seen one, but dude had a lot of clothes smile. Do you know what era? (I am unfeasibaly interested in this coat...I think it's because it's one of the clearest examples of his style evolving, rather than abruptly changing)

It would have been around Dirty Mind, but I see you calling green what I thought was Brown so now I'm really confused....

I also thought he had a light grey one, too.

Hmmm...

I could call that brown - shall we settle on khaki? As for the light grey, that blue one could be grey too. Colour is so confusing smile

I truly wasn't trying to give you a hard time. I was trying to think of any more colors I might have seen him wear. Lol
