What would you have done? So...I was at an event back in June with my boyfriend and his friends. We were outside dancing with a crowd full of people. The Dj was playing a lot of good music and I kept saying to myself how I hope he would play some Prince songs. I guess his spirit was there that night because they actually played 2 of his songs. I got so happy when "Kiss" and (from what I remember) "Controversy" came on! To make the night even better, right out of nowhere I looked to my left and there was this guy who looked EXACTLY like Prince! No joke! I don't know how old he was, he looked pretty young though. Maybe in his late teens? Anyway, his eyes, smile, nose, even his facial hair looked like him. He was short too. His hair reminded me of how Prince had worn it straight in the "Alphabet Street" video. I don't think this guy I saw was black though...he looked a little Latin or mixed with something? Idk but I wish I would have taken a picture with him!  ..that probably would have been awkward since I was with my boyfriend lol. Honestly, that guy's face hasn't left my mind after that. Since Prince's passing, has anyone here seen or met anyone that looks like him? I wish he were still alive and I still cry. I wish I had a friend who looked like him! I just still can't believe he's no longer with us. I wish this were only a dream... |

I feel the same way I always wanted to meet him, I'd been "in love/lust" with him practically my whole life! I really liked the feeling of him being out there somewhere and the fantasy of getting to meet or chat with him and to say " I met my idol" You don't know how many times I would go out on the town with girlfriends in my younger years and someone would be like "You just missed him!" or "He was here last night"  After his death I had to mourn not just the end of him here on earth with us but also the dream....but I did get to see him in concert a few times and he gave me a little, sorta shout out at the last show I saw of his...so I guess that is all a girl can ask for.  I miss him terribley. |

I miss him terribley. Wow, at least you had the chance to see him in concert. ..I didn't get a chance to see him because I didn't really listen to or hear much about Prince until after he died. It's sad but true. I wish I would have listened to his music when he were still alive. I grew up listening to Michael Jackson more than Prince because at the time, my aunt was obsessed with MJ and she would always play him. At least if I would have known more about his life and listened to his music when he were still alive, I would have flown out to PP a loooong time ago!
