Ben, the founder, posted a very powerful message by saying how there was no loss to describe how we feel after losing Prince. Yet, thanks to him, this community has helped feeling better by coming together and supporting one another, as Prince himself would have probably wanted (tell me if I'm wrong on that!) Thus, I thought I'd start this thank you thread to express my gratitude for those who share their stories, their experiences, their emotions, their favorites and memorable moments, and most importantly their HUMOR!!! (How many times did I laugh before a screen all alone in an empty room). I will not name the most hilarious orgers in here but I sure want to know how much I appreciate your input during this stage. THANK YOU!!!

Thanks Malbena for starting this thread. We are all so fortuante to have this site to get us through this grief, as I don't really have anyone in my life who is also a Prince fan, no one really understands what he meant to me, how he inspired me and how much joy his music brought me besides other fans on here. I too, truely needed the org to help deal with his passing and am greatful for everyone here. Love you all! :heart:

My husband and kids have even stopped teasing me and are starting to understand and accept that I come here.

I think many here are alike in many ways .. and probably have a lot in common with Prince, which is why we identify with his music and gravitated to him.

i have to say, i had some issues with the org just for all the negativity that was around here when Prince was alive. i'd gotten booted off of here defending him. the only reason i joined up was after he died was i needed it for selfish reasons. it's been great, there have been some of the old type of posters but that's ok, i'm learning to ignore them or work with them instead of fighting them. i spent many hours on here just trying to wrap my head around a world without prince.

Ditto, the support from this group is all I have as well. Prince was and will continue to be a huge part of my life, in good times and bad. Only The Org. gets that. We are all of like heart and mind and I'm so glad I stopped lurking and signed up. Hugs and peace to you all
