I had a moment on the plane. I decided to watch Montreux 2013 on my iPod. I ordered a drink as soon as I felt the tears coming! Lol But on a serious note, it has been rough lately

I got really sad earlier too. My kids were being bad and I had P music on shuffle. His music made me happy even though everything was chaotic, and I realized AGAIN what a horrible reality it is for him to be gone. and I'm so pissed I never saw him live. I get downright mad I never did.

It saddens me that there is bickering, arguing, finger pointing, he said she said stuff going on and its interrupting what we have going on here. This thread...well actually the first photo thread, is what lead me to re-join this community after years of lurking. It has brought me happiness when nothing else could lift my spirits. It has helped me get through some days that were just blah while other days I didn't want to log off because I was laughing so hard I was crying. Prince will forever be our musical love of our lives and I hope we can all get past the current issue and resume the photo posting. I loved reaching for my phone first thing in the morning to find sooooo many pictures I have never seen. Prince is a very beautiful, sexy man! It's exciting to see the many phases of this man we were blessed to have in our lifetime! We are family and must continue to have Love4OneAnother. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

I would never have cussed anyone out, not in private or anywhere else for that matter. In fact, the comment that I've made off coloured remarks here before was an absolute shock. I haven't spoken negatively about anyone here (quite the contrary actually - pretty sure my bestie thinks I'm a ) - I wouldn't even nurse the thought to do so. Unless maybe those fools that come in here dogging on any of the fam when I've been around...

Unfortunately, when I'm told 'if U haven't noticed that when U R posting there isn't any1 else swapping/pics comments like we used to'; and that's it's boring and this is a 'big reason why'...

that is incredibly hurtful and stung way more than I would have expected. Kind of felt like a slap in the face to be honest, after us all banding together and building this family bond (which is quite remarkable in and of itself if U ask me ).

Yes Leslie & Jen, it has been rough lately. The waves of sadness that go through me is no joke. I listen to Prince non stop and go through pages and pages of pictures and while on some days it relieves the sadness, other days it lingers a bit longer. But at least we have each other to lean on. Leslie: Adele was in San Jose, an hour from me, this week and I did't go see her. Just like I never went to see Prince. I will forever regret it. Just as I regret never seeing MJ. Man, I have no life LOL But hey, I get to see Kenny Chesney tomorrow at Levi's Stadium thanks to my daughter! Probably will be the only time I go to that stadium (as long as Jed York is the CEO of the 49ers) Anyhow, hope you have an amazing time with Adele!

I just want to say thank U all so much for all the messages here (& orgnotes). I was tearing up on the bus and at work because of them - like a royal . Even though I want to reply to each here as I don't want to keep regurgitating this. Just know I read them all and the kind words means so much.

It's also relief to those who commented that a good heap of photos were new to you too - considering how many times I've worried about the repeats (even painstakingly gone through the previous threads again to TRY to remind myself...

It is beautiful, I've been crying a lot these past 2 days, don't know why right now. The next anniversary isn't for a couple of weeks but I can't stop.
