Do you mean when he passed, or how many properties total he owned throughout the years?

Unfortunately, property records in Chanhassen are not web-searchable.

Someone would have to go to the courthouse or pay a fee.

He owned a ranch in Texas but I'm not sure if he still owned it at his passing or not.

I remember it being said over the years that he had the villa in Spain, an apartment in Paris, an apartment in New York, a house in California, a house in Vegas, several properties in Minnesota, and some property in Canada, but I never paid much attention as to whether he kept them or not.

The only one that's been mentioned at present is the Turks and Caicos place.

--- One of the Minneapolis t.v stations said he owned 30 properties in Carver county. He was the largest property owner in the County. Who knows how many other properties he had around the country or world.

One of his holdings was an undeveloped parcel of land in Minnesota of IIRC 156 acres valued at nearly $14 million. I was surprised to hear some of his house properties were rundown. I don't know if he even knew that, because he would employ people to oversee the maintenance. But if his personal staff was now very small, and if perhaps funds were limited (land rich, cash poor), I can see how properties could be let go.

Could be he owned them at one time then sold them later I suppose.

Lenny Kravitz mentioned in an interview with the British guy who does radio in LA (it's on YouTube) about P having an apartment in Paris near his and an apartment in New York.

I think M got the Spanish villa in the divorce.

He might have sold the Vegas place after the Rio residency.

That's all I can figure.

There's a list available online; I think it's in the court filings.

One address in North Minneapolis is the one that Tyka gives as her home address in the court filings.

Not sure. He had a purple one in Eden Prairie that was also torn down. The big one in Chanhassen was yellow with purple trim, then repainted white with black trim, not sure what other color combos after that. It's the house that is in the Gangster Glam video.

Ahhh. Ok. I think, at the time, it was pictured in one of the gazillion "unauthorized biographies" that I used to gobble up like potato chips. Lol

I just rewatched it. I hadn't seen it in years. I just can't with P's silly behind. Lawd. Aunt Esther! Fun times all around.

Around this time, we had just come back home to NY from Texas. I had just turned 30, my husband was 35 and my kids were 5, 2 1/2 and newborn. Talk about sleep deprivation.

My oldest turns 30 on July 18th. I turn 55 on July 17th. My ex husband will be 60 in December and we have 2 granddaughters!

Where did the years go???

Dayum!

Pretty much.

Tyka's legal address is that old family home on the corner in North Minneapolis. You can find it in the court paper where she lists the family members...then check the ownership.

I believe he also owns the homes that Larry and Kirk live in.
