Wow on my birthday...October 14th, I'll be 55 years young! I plan on being there, I'm trying 2 find someone 2 go with me because i don't want 2 travel alone. Lately I've been having these Prince emotional break downs.

10/14 is my birthday, too! I'll be celebrating 40. Don't let coming alone deter you. I'm going solo and I get the impression a lot of other orgers are too. Please come and we can celebrate together. Although, I won't be able to attend the matinee since my flight leaves that day around 3 p.m. However, we can find a way to celebrate. I'll be there 10/12-10/14.

I am getting soooo tired of this every time I think about tickets, it brings me down. But then thinking of meeting all of you and our gatherings and especially the Paisley Park tour, wonder what kind of great souvenirs we could get. I know I want to take thousands of pictures. I have a sim card but I need to figure outhat how to put them on a cloud, I have a Google cloud and a Microsoft cloud. That will be later. I have 2 doc appts today. Please send me happy notes to pick me up, just short ones. I think at this point everyone can benefit fom them.

My happy thought is that I'm working on contributing items as giveaways and raffles for the 2 double features. I was looking for things online last night and was soooo happy getting into it. But can't until late today.

I need a happy feeling to get me through my day today. Thanks to our org family

I don't understand either, unless the family initially put the date out there without confirming with Londell and his people. I think Londell was dispelling the info. put out because he knew it wasn't true. As of this afternoon, the rep I spoke to at US Bank Stadium says they have nothing booked for the 13th and no Tribute concert booked on another date either.

Another day of nothing. Kind of not shocked by this. I think there is a lot going on behind the scenes some good some not so good.

I myself am giving it until Friday. If we don't hear anything by Friday then forget it. The 12th is Monday so it will bascially be a month until the show. Not a lot of time for artist to work with each other. NPG with say Lady Gaga how you going to put that together in a month? I guess it can be done but the longer this goes with no information the less interested I get.

So Listening to the DR Pod cast this morning. So only some of the Time are confirmed to be there. What the heck? You think it would be easy to this done. Has too much time passed? Maybe it would of been easier to get acts in July? Is there too much fighting going on behind the scences. UGH

I don't think there are any updates PERIOD. I keep googling and checking Londells tweets - nada.

Yep... right there with you. Flight and hotel are scheduled. I never dreamed it would be this difficult to get tickets. It's very frustrating. And we don't even know who exactly will be playing and how much it might cost! I am a music fanatic with the nickname "Rockin Robin". I have been on a dance floor/skate floor since I could walk. Music is my life and Prince was a huge part of it! And yes... my husband doesn't get it either! I'll also add that I am now losing my hearing and wear hearing aids. When I can't hear music anymore, it's gonna kill me!

I don't know. They have had over a month now ot work out all the red tape. I think they can't get who they want to get and that's the problem. Long they wait maybe somone will change their minds and show up.

I know he's trying so hard to make this a truly special occasion. If things out of his control are causing delays, then we just have to be patient for when everything falls into place - He knows everyone is waiting on the edge of the seat - I'm pretty sure if he had the word, he would have blared it from the rooftops by now
