She didn't speak out about it before due to raising a family and initially she was hurt that he wrote it about her. Sexy dancer is also probably about her. She has nothing but admiration and respect for Prince. The book has a lot more details to prove her claim but she didn't want to give it all away. It's a touching story. It's sweet to hear from someone who knew prince intimately while he was still somewhat sweet and innocent. I can totally see him going crazy for her. She was petite and pretty, a great club dancer, and she was interesting. She had a busy life outside of Prince. She didn't spend all her time chasing him. I think she broke his heart when she left MN suddenly. But they were young and he got over it. Boy, did he get over it! It's a hurtful place, the world, in and of itself. We don't need to add to it. I agree, it would've been great if we could see the sign or people he pointed to but I just love the reaction when he saw something as he was walking that way and how he got down and pointed. Whatever he saw it made me happy to see that reaction - it's hard to explain but it feels kind of "special" to see that moment. Maybe I'm reading into it which is possible. Even without the Mi-Ling story I really liked the performance.  | |
