She had years to give that story and it is so convenient to do so after he is not here to diffute. I am nob buying it; Prince got around but I am irked by all these after death songs about me stories.

It is a pity these people are getting 15 mins. out of saying they had a fling with Prince.

Perhaps Sexy Dancer is about her. LRC is probably not based on what she is saying. If her strongest evidence is him getting jealous of photos of her past boyfriends, then I'm sure that happened with a bunch of his women. She had not seen him since 1980 so I doubt he wrote a song about her for inclusion in 1999 which was released two years later. More likely to be Vanity or someone else.

Honestly, i am actualy kinda happy its not about Vanity. The lyrics were not complimentary to the woman in the song the first verse said ''a pocket full of horses, trojens and some were USED..'' to me, thats nasty!!!!! It was about a loose, permiscuous women, I am actually glad now

He wrote songs two or three years ahead. Thousand Hugs and Kisses was written back in 93 and was a top ten RnB hit last fall.

I can see not many have gone over the Associates section lately, there is a post in one of the threads from Denise's (Vanity) brother-in-law, that's about the writings she's left to him to do with as he will, and he mentioned a bit about her saying how jealous Prince could be. Seems Prince had his moments.

I did too. Vanity fans should be glad it's not because to me, the lyrics were horrible (It's also my least favorite song by P). Interesting though, that "Vanity" was not the first and only woman P has ever been passionate about. Is she telling the truth? Who knows. At this point in time it doesn't even matter...

I don't think that's a fair assumption. 1000 X's and O's is 20 years old and P put it on HnR1. That's not fair to assume.
