Accidentally purchased a bootleg?

I just started buying stuff on the net yesterday and I think I accidentally purchased a bootleg DVD of Prince at Montreux 2009. I was so excited to find it that I didn't pause and look at it very carefully.
The seller said on his page he sells no bootlegs so I bought it then later went back and saw that it had Japanese writing all over the back of it for labels.
Some of you are laughing...
That is a bootleg, correct?
I tried to cancel my order but I'm not hearing back.
I know Prince will forgive me as it was my Rookie Run.

You can buy official DVDs on the Montreux Jazz Festival Website but Prince isn't among them. I noticed they have Candy Duffer and Miles Davis. Also George Clinton. I have the 2009 boot.

Prince is somewhere where he couldn't possibly care less about bootlegs or youtube videos.

At the end of the day.. Prince didnt want us purchasing bootlegs when he was alive because he had to eat and pay bills .. but since his passing I would like to think he would want us to enjoy his music any way we can ...so I dont find a problem in purchasing bootleg material right now.

Thanks all. In sort of hoping the seller won't honor my request to cancel now.
I will try to buy legit from hereonin, but I also feel that if there is no legit copy of this and as you say he isn't alive to have a concert, then maybe as someone else said, he's in a place where he doesn't care about bootlegs etc anymore.

"Right now" is the key term. I guess later the estate will do things or a museum will open and we can reassess
