I've been wonderfully haunted by "3121" for about 2 weeks now...non-stop. Just so damn good! Good 'ole down and dirty FUNK. Sonny's bass is just growling throughout and Prince's guitar...he's never used it like he did throughout that song.

I have a feeling it'll be in my head for a while. Actually the longest a song has been stuck in my head ha.

As soon as I read this, I starting hearing it that intro again... then the whole song unfolded in my head.

Oh yeah, someone's down with the funk. There are more people who like this album than I thought. Gotta say after a tie between 1999 and Sign O' The times, 3121 is my #2 fave

Yep, take off my clothes and pick up some purple silk robes....drink that champagne and partay til I die. I would never leave. Sorry P, I will eat those choc handles though...

Little Red Corvette (piano and microphone version)- I just heard this version a few days ago and loved it. I was singing it repeatedly in the kitchen when my sometimes oppositional daughter popped in the kitchen and started finishing my lines and we juked aroud the kitchen as we sang. I didn't know she knew or liked the song, as she has been more resistant than my son to joining me in liking Prince. It was Prince family therapy
