Which country will B the 1st 2 put Princes' azz (eye mean face) on a postage stamp posthumous? The key word here is "posthumous"...

The US Postal Service dropped the rule that required an individual to have been deceased at least five years (previously ten years) before being honored on a stamp. Under the new guidelines, living or recently deceased individuals will be eligible for commemoration on postage stamps. | |
