His love of performing. It just gleamed off him when he was on stage. It made me feel so alive just watching him.

It will never be time to ask that question, he's gone but he's never going away. There is no "remembering" involved since I'm always exploring his catalog in one way or another, before and after his passing.

His overall perfect sexiness and a lazy half smile that could stop my heart at 50 paces.

Thank you for a funky time, Prince. Still devastated you're gone.

The fact that he lived his design. He was true to his divine specs, so to speak. Very few human beings are capable of doing this, as we're too caught up in meeting the specs of the world. Prince was not, and that's an example everyone should stop and take note of.

Yes. Prince's concerts were so magnificent. After going to see him 'Live', I would just walk around in a daze for a long time afterwards. Nothing and no one could compare to him. biggrin

Whenever I think of Prince, I will always be taken back to that night at the Charlotte Coliseum, April 24, 1980, when I had the opportunity to witness greatness: watching him open for Rick James during the infamous "Fire It Up" tour, back when few people even knew who Prince was. From that moment onward, I went around telling anyone who would listen about this phenomenal musician who I knew would someday become a legend, even when there were so many others who felt quite the contrary about this rather strange dude who would strip right down to his underwear while masturbating microphones live on stage. I am forever grateful to have had that experience in my lifetime, to have caught Prince in the infancy of his long and storied career. That night will always be what I will remember most about Prince.

Besides the music I'll remember most seeing him live. That connection he had with his audience that I've never experienced with another artist, not like Prince. Being in his presence was magical..a feeling you never forget.

Those occasions were very special and I feel fortunate I got to experience them.

I saw an interview where he said he loved performing and the interaction with his fans bought him joy.
So I'm glad as a fan I got to contribute to that, for him and for us.

Never forget
