How cathartic, I was wondering why we all seem to be going through something and then I read the caption above. I can't believe it's been 3 months - it's all a blur. What I regret is that I neglected myself by not keeping up with his music. I buried myself away for decades for survival. It took this tragedy to realize his mastery and humanity again...it brought me out of my own personal fog to the cold, foolish, slap in the face world without him. I will so go back into my survival mode if it means he comes back. I forgot how much his music really touched me, in more than one obvious way. I only hope that he realized that there were/are some people who truly connected with his music and for so much more than just the overt sexual tones.

It should not have ended this way for him, he didn't deserve it. He was just getting his feet back on solid ground. I would've rather have him back on earth with us, than talk of a law that "might" help close the medication/drug highway - which is not a good thing. Can you believe how callous some people are that "...he is better off dead, think of the good what can come out of it"...yes, somebody told me that in the Rx line last month. What would help a hell of a lot more is to end the STIGMA of dependancy/"addidiction" and dependency/addiction is not only for "opioids", it's for whatever crutch we have to use to keep our balance in this life.
