Oh sweet! I sm so sorry you're having a rough day. I was there yesterday and feeling the same about the smiles - everything just stung a little harder. I think it's best to try to ride out the emotions - suppressing them is advised. Wish there was something more helpful to advis/suggest but I think you just have to ride this wave of the grief coaster.

Still quite interesting how it struck a handful of us almost at the same time.

I feel like I've sent the hook up info - aka an international site that's like a gold mine - to a few people. So...this crosses my mind a lot when seeing footage of them (Mayte and Prince together) and some of the things at the interviews and the possible timeline. For example...the songs released on the Love Album, some were about Mayte yes? Well if that is the case...when listening to Blue Light for example... or The Morning Papers. These were 92 (could have even been written and recorded earlier ?!) They wed in 1996!! I'm sorry but I don't see ANY OTHER WAY to interpret the lyrics to those songs than they were rolling in those sheets long before their wedding night. Is it just me that thinks that? I always thought that it seemed like it was what they felt they had to say/the guise they adorned, to keep on the 'up & up in the US, per her age-wise, but unfortunately I NEVER believed in those statements. Am I derranged? Fallen off a cliff here? Lost my marbles? Pick one, I'm sure it's valid

Well said Mimi, it's probably why it's continued on so long! It's so comforting in here in compared to some others. While outsiders think it's just a bunch of people going on and on about the same pictures over and over again. No (okay maybe sometimes but can you blame us?! This is Prince we're talking about - The Most Beautiful Man in the World - many photos demand further attention! ) It's like an endless <supportive> conversation during such a tragic time, sharing thoughts and feelings, around some beautiful photographic memories that we choose to highlight and cherish.
