The ring is on the wrong hand to be a wedding ring tho. I like that the watch face is on this inside of his wrist instead of vice versa.

Looks like sweat. It was July in New Orleans. Yes, this was the event where Lil' Mo ( a Z-list R&B singer) got mad at Prince because his security was trying to keep her from interrupting his path to the stage as they would do at any other event. She gets mad at him of all people for attenton as if every entourage of a high-profile person doesn't do this.

He was covered by an odd blanket-looking cape for part of the performance, like you'd wear in Alaska in the winter. I'd be sweating like a piggy in that outfit. The white pants look like very sheer fabric, so yeah, fuzzy legs.
