If I could pick one and get rid of the rest it would be Conde Nast.

Still better than the pathetic 10 pages that Mojo did as a tribute. As a contrast, Mojo this month has a 20 page tribute to The Smiths - and they're all still alive.

.

And apparently they sell magazines, just like Pink Floyd and The Beatles etc. continue to sell magazines. I don't understand why this is such a difficult concept for you lot.

Come on, it's a joke.

I've seen copies of the Prince issue of Ebony in newsagents in London today by the way.

If anyone is wanting the Conde Nast one, or a few others, I think Canada got some magazines after other areas so there are still some copies of that, Rolling stone (the full one dedicated to him), Time, Newsweek, Essence and I think People might still be out there (from my perusal yesterday. Anyways, I would be willing to trade anyone in the UK that has or can snag an extra copy of Uncut (the one with the cd) or Hot Press pictured here:

O

.

I can order them online obviously, but I thought maybe this way another orger wanting certain magazines that they missed out on or such could also snag a magazine they want. I will probably cave and by the Hot Press one in the near future (unless I hear from someone) but the Uncut one especially would like to trade for.

But that's just it: I barely recognise him. I don't think I've even seen that one before. Almost looks like an imposter.

He definitely looks unlike most of his other appearances in this one. Here are some others from that shoot. biggrin

I liked the Bass Player article, lots of ancedotes from pretty much every bass player that he was involved with except Larry Graham. I wonder why he decided not to participate.

Because he's probably part of the reason P is not with us today!!! mad And by the way, the mad face & !!! is to LG not you. smile

Oh please...Larry Graham's a phenomenal musician and was one of Prince's idols. He didn't kill Prince, you know.

Page layout is exactly the same so you must be right. The Easton Press book was very expensive anyway.
