I would have dreams focused around Prince or being with Prince once in a while before but never so frequent and vivid and clear and lucid as the ones I am having now. It's like everything is in 4K with the highest quality sound. I've had about 5 since, and wrote all of them down immediately except for the first one which now is very blurry and escapes my memory. Trying to interpret them all.

He's been in my dreams nearly every night since he passed, yet I can barely remember them when I wake up. The only dream I can recall any details from was a dream in which he was playing with NPG, he was wearing purple and his hair was longish and straight (like in your profile pic)...can't remember any other details from any other night!

It's funny you say that, because I've secretly been hoping and wishing to have a dream about him. Still nothing. Usually when something or someone has been on my mind constantly I'll have a dream about it, but nothing yet.

I have been waking up with his songs in my head since Apr 21st. But the morning after he left us, I was in a half sleep/half wake state. He was wearing red and playing a Spanish sounding rift on the guitar and singing "she works from home" or something to that effect. And I do indeed work from home!!! I wish I could remember the melody. But it gave me a sweet feeling...still does.

I usually dream a lot, and some of my dreams have been about Prince, but I've had none about him since he passed. However, I think that many of us just had a bad feeling that something was going to happen to him, every since it was reported about his illness, I know I did. I just didn't feel right after he was reported ill, and his plane made that emergency landing. The morning that I found out that there were emergency services at Paisley Park, I think somehow many of us just knew, even though like me, we may have denied it. I remember saying here......."it's not Prince! I thought that I would just put that out there hoping that by saying it, it wouldn't be him, but deep down, I think we all knew somehow. I miss him, and I'm still sad at his passing.

I have had dreams about him for the past couple of days. Its probably because I listen to him before I fall asleep. The last dream I had was I was at this party and I really didn't want to be there. I went outside to get some fresh air and I felt like someone was watching me. I turned around and it was Prince. I don't remember what we talked about but I remember saying something like "I don't know why you are talking to me out of all of the girls at this party. They are way more gorgeous than I am." He looked at me and said "Well I think you are beautiful and that's all that matters." Then I woke up.

I've had one which is weird because I've never had a dream about him ever before.

I had an ultra disturbing one a few nights ago. It was one of those times where you're half-conscious and half-asleep, just tossing and turning unsure what's real and what's not. In my dream all the coverage over Prince's death kept replaying in my head and subconsciously I was telling myself to pull out of it. The last thing I remember is that all the voices and images I had seen/heard in my head faded out and the last thing I saw was a dead man under a white sheet in a dark, empty room. No music, no flashy clothes, no girls, nothing. My heart sank because I knew it was Prince. I remember the jolt of sadness as I woke up right after that and couldn't fall back asleep... plus felt super depressed/somber for a few hours. Everything in my room just seemed so colorless and..bleh. I couldn't wrap my head around the fact Prince is no longer among us, he's now asleep forever. I finally fell asleep whil listening to "Power Fantastic" - a beautiful but so haunting song.

I had a dream two nights ago. I was in some vintage warehouse that was selling rare and hard-to-find music merchandise.

I came across a shelf that stored a lot of 1980s vintage Prince VHS's, from his "Sign O' The Times" era. I think they were concerts or unreleased, incomplete "movies" that Prince did then.

It's as if he's speaking right in my ear! Surreal. But every time I wake up with a huge migraine and the last one I woke up and felt really hot even though I keep my room freezing. I miss him...

I have, in fact I've been recording them as I'm trying to learn to Lucid Dream right now.

I had one the other week which was rather odd in nature. Very mismatched and jumbled, combinations of places I know from real life and Paisley Park being placed there. I dreamt someone got shot inside that Paisley Park and Prince was calm where as all his employees were scared and frantic. Me and some of my real life friends snuck in and we saw Prince in a room lined with books.

Nothing really made sense in that dream.

My dream 4/24/16.

He told me, "U've got Love down. U've got compassion. U are a good person. U know how 2 b a good mom. Whatcha don't know is how to be a lady and create a home." Then, "4 u a home has always been just a roof over ur head. U never make ur mark on it, bcuz u know u can just pack up and leave at any moment. U think ur making ur mark on it, but it's surface. Nah, nah, nah, this ain't u. (shakes his head) U don't know how to hang pictures and give them that pop. U never had a lady in ur life 2 teach u how 2 make ur home ascetically pleasing so that it's not just a roof over ur head, but that it bcomes ur sanctuary. Yea, ur a home body, but ur home has 2 b ur castle."

He walked through my house, shaking his head, clicking his tongue. "These colors ain't right 4 u, girl."

So, in my dream, he takes me shopping. We get back to my home and he walks in, shakes his head again, "Nah, this will never do." And he goes through every room showing me what colors I should paint the walls, how to hang pictures and accent them so that they stand out more. Even my bathroom got a complete overhaul. I won't even say what he thought of my wardrobe, "Why r u always wearing jeans except when ur at work? U got to dress the part all the time. I shoulda sang, "Upload a child with no mother; download a girl with no taste." U decorate like a bachelor man that don't know no better."

sorry this dream was from last year, but in it, prince was at paisley park and adjusted one of the projectors that play videos in the love4oneanother room, so that the projector emitted a pathway of light that he stepped in2 and walked down toward its vanishing point.

To my memory, the only one I've had was last night actually. He was at some open air picnic fair type thing with a guy who looked like Nick Nolte. I met up with him in front of an Asian stand selling dumplings. I asked Prince which one he ordered and liked. I couldn't understand the menu, so I went inside the stand. It was a shack of a house.

Prince was in there, sitting on the floor against the wall with this other dude. He was under a blanket. Some chick walked in, on her phone, and said "Oh my God, yeah he's here!"

Prince looked up to whoever and said, "Look, I'm not staying if this..." Before he could finish his statement, some big dude ushered her out the door with a quickness. I remember thinking he wasn't himself, but it wasn't a major concern either. I think he was just out of pocket in this place that sold dumplings out of the front window.

april 3 had a dream about a new song called DR wilco....

Just had one the night before last, but I prefer to keep it private. It was a really sweet and comforting dream.

I am going to write this blog in “true benni fashion” as a friend once said about my writing. I’m not going to think about it, but rather just let it flow, and whatever comes out, comes out.

Prince’s death has not made any sense to me. It’s unfathomable that someone so vital, so energized, so alive could just suddenly not be here. But that’s where I’m wrong. He is still here. In ways that most people can’t fathom. Every note of his music, every chord, every break, every vocalization, he is in it all, still alive, still energized, still vital. I said in one blog about the last concerts that Prince had come to move mountains, to change the world, but with these concerts he was able to grab that earth in both hands and change its flow. And he did.

The outpouring of love towards this man has been tremendous, beyond imagination. As the weeks, months, and years pass this will begin to slowly recede. It is NOW that we have the momentum, and we have to run with that momentum.

It’s Mother’s Day in the United States. My kids are with their father today, as it is his scheduled day, so I’ve been alone today. I work two jobs to try to make ends meet, and have today off. My kids did tell me they love me, and I know they do. They are beautiful children and my heart swells with my love for them. But since I work 2 jobs, one thing that I am often in short supply of is sleep. So I had lain down for a nap. And I slept for a couple of hours. I dreamt of Prince.

He and I were walking side by side, he was holding my hand. We were talking, or I should say he was talking to me in-depth. I do not remember the conversation. This part of the dream just didn’t seem as important to what came next. I know, how could walking and talking with Prince not be important? It was when I opened my eyes, in that process between sleeping and waking, that it became important, to me, for me.

As I was opening my eyes, I said, “I want a sign.” I heard his voice echoing in my mind, “There is Ur sign. Spread the message around the world.” I was looking at my ceiling, the words appeared, superimposed, on my ceiling, in purple, “Live 4 God. Live 4 Truth. Love is The Truth. U must share it around the world.” I know now, they were appearing in my dream, but I had opened my eyes, and somehow I saw them superimposed on the ceiling, as though they were being written there. When I first woke up, I felt dizzy, light-headed. “Live 4 God. Live 4 Truth. Love is The Truth. U must share it around the world.” Those words in purple, across my ceiling, wherever I turned my eyes. There was more written, but if I am to find her, I do not need to share that, we will cross paths when the time is right.

Night after night and in ALL of them we are best friends! I have always had dreams of him for as long as I can remember. Weird. In them, he is Prince but not Prince, meaning

we can move about the world without people coming up to him - like some kind of invisable force shield and we are doing just normal things - going for tea, watching him rehearse, driving to a jazz club, meeting his mom at her house, watching tv etc. Very ordinary things but laughing and goofing off alot. Prince dreams are the best!

Yes I dreamt about him every night since he passed and when I woke up the thought "hes not here" my first thought for the day. I found it hard to even fall asleep to begin with. The last two nights I am not sure as I have been overly exhausted. I hope though the dreams stop because they are exhausting for me even though I cannot remember the details.
