Question abouth Prince's iVault For those who don't know, Prince's iVault is a collection of rare songs spanning all throughout P's career [Deleted - langebleu - moderator]
My question: when you download a song from Prince's iVault and play it on your preferred audio player (e.g. iTunes), it displays the song title followed by: (30 years)
Anyone know what the "(30 years)" mean and why is it on every song?

Either because iVault was released in 2008, 30 years after his debut, or because iVault includes tracks from the '30 Years of Funk' set. Or both.

It means that once you've added them to iTunes, you must wait 30 years to listen to them.

There is a bootleg that came out quite a few years ago called 30 Years of Unreleased Funk, that was 4 or 5 (maybe 6?) CDs. Some of the stuff had never been out before, some had never been in as good of quality, etc. Earlier versions of "Delirious", or "Something In The Water", plus unreleased remixes of "Gett Off" were there. The iVault compilation probably included some of that stuff. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.
