It's during "Empty room" Montreux 2009.

If you watch the full show you will see that before singing it he had a large ring on his forefinger, and when he sang "Empty room" he didn't have it anymore. On youtube the quality is not good enough, but if you can watch it by another way, there are 1 or 2 focus on his hand while guitar solo, and you can see the little scratch and the blood drop pouring of it.
