I haven't cried this hard since it happened. But I needed to see it. It's definitely the tribute we needed, however I'm taking it extremely hard right now. Somehow that performance just solidified it all for me. As if now he's really gone. I still refuse to believe it.

Thank you so much for this! You really put it into words perfectly, that is exactly what I'm hoping for. I know he'll be right there with us. Every day I pray that he's with me and that he understands just how much love I have for him. That connection has got to be 10x more powerful in her presence. From what I've seen, she takes the time to chat and hug and take photos so I'm very excited. And being a dancer myself I'm very excited to learn from her. It'll be a spiritual experience for sure. I have “stalked” this page for many years but never really posted anything. I’ve loved Prince since I first heard Little Red Corvette. I was lucky enough 2 see him n concert ONCE! 1997 (I think) Lafayette, Louisiana, Jam of the Year. He was amazing. My husband actually brought me but he does NOT understand me when it comes 2 Prince. I cried while watching the tributes last night on the BET Awards and he thinks I’ve lost my mind. U guys have helped me so much. I just wanted 2 let u all know that. Thank u, Thank u, Thank u!
