I was the one who made that gif smile was back when I had the abravetowel tumblr blog. It's from the Diamonds and Pearls tour, this show was live in London, England on the 24th of June, 1992. The show itself is pro-shot but this section was filmed by Mayte I believe.

What it is?!?!
