Also, not illegal. It was a legit promo from Warner. Those promos say "not for sale" -- but they are for sale everywhere from your local record store, to ebay, discogs, etc. Completely different from bootlegs, which are in fact illegal -- though rarely cracked down on. Otherwise, they would be listed on discogs, but not allowed to be sold through discogs. Ebay is usually better about this -- but the web sheriff is focusing more on cracking down on youtube, rather than where despicable people are making large amounts of money off of fans' ignorance on the issue.
