The lyrics are wonderful and Prince does such a good job on the song. Saw him perform it live on March 25th. It blew my mind.

Just beautiful. I love his arrangement of the song...almost Gospel. Joni Mitchell was such an important touchstone for him.

Same here. I listened to it a couple of days ago and got me a little weepy as well. This is the one that Prince played at the first of the two Atlanta shows and he got up at end of it and walked on stage. Then came back and said that it made him too emotional and he had to take a quick break. But I listened to the version from the One Night Alone piano album and just so, so beautiful.

The third verse of Joni Mitchell's original seems especially fitting now...
