I Was Doing Well With Prince's Passing Until I Heard... Future Soul Song. Ah geez, man. The soul in this song is so rich, so high. Takes me to the clouds. And moved me to tears with the feeling of loss of this incredible Being.

I was listening to The Current's Top 58 Prince songs coutdown yesterday and when it got to #1 I started to sob.

As much as I hate that song well not hate it. I like it but always thought it was over rated and over played .. it really has got me since he left us. Whatever you heard about me is true

I don't think anything by Prince is overrated. Well, in our little world here in the org we do have things that are overrated but in general I think Prince is a very underrated artist. When people talk about the "greats" of music I never hear Prince being mentioned, well not until recently. To me, most people didn't know who P was and if they did they'd always associate him with Purple Rain or the other hits. I think overplayed is the word that fits more correctly when talking about PR. Cause like I said before, when people talked about the greatest artists, albums, or songs, I barely ever heard Prince mentioned. Such a shame really, but in the end it's somebody's loss because they won't give our guy a chance because of the image/impression the GP had of him and a lot still do.
