Looking for The Truth artwork

I'm looking for the artwork for The Truth in somewhat high-res, ideally the version in color. Hoping for 600x600 resolution or higher.

I have the CD that came in the "Crystal Ball" plastic case, but it didn't have any artwork. Otherwise I'd scan it. I've searched Google with not much luck.

Any help is appreciated!
