As I have mentioned previously on the board, I am a happy camper with my recent purchase of AOA. It got me to wonder about what other folks were discovering? For those of you whose Prince collections were incomplete at the time of his death, have you bought any new to you Prince albums/songs. If so, I was curious about your reaction to the new material: Suprises, new favorites, etc.

I actually never really listened to either of the Hitnrun albums until recently. My new favorite is June. Can't get enough of it.

I love AOA too. Affirmation III is stunning. Really enjoyable album.

A lot of his newer stuff is new to me. For awhile I kinda lost track of him. I've been spending time digging around in the stuff, and some of it is great. Okay, so far I've ony found one I don't like, but the rest I have been fine with.

I Love You In me... LAWD NO. I've said it before, but that song is all the nos. lol I heard it and was like The FUQ Is Dis? A friend of mine and I about died laughing because jokes. All of them ending with "Please to get laid, son." I don't know why that song bothers me where Come (Can you really have more information than that song? Nope, you can't.) does not, but it does. It's an instant ear worm right up in the brain, not to mention it I really don't want to know any of that up in that song. lol

I really like Funknroll, though. I'm a band geek so all that band sound, man! Okay, I also like singing it.
