Prince w/Brittish artists.

Out of interest, how many English people has Prince worked with.

Ie. Band members, co writers and performers, collaborations, live appearances. Etc

So far my list consists of Kate Bush and Sheena Easten
Can anyone think of anymore English related artists.

Thank you.

Musical collaborations, or songs given to:

Kate Bush, english (born b. Catherine Bush, 30 July 1958, Bexleyheath, Kent, England.) 'Collaborated' on Kate Bush's song, 'Why Should I Love You?' and Prince's 'My Computer.'

Joe Cocker, english (born John Robert Cocker, 20 May 1944, Sheffield, Yorkshire, England.) Originally recorded Prince's 'Five Women'

Sheena Easton, scottish. (born Sheena Shirley Orr, 27 April 1959, Bellshill, Scotland.) Various collaborations, song writing credits and recording of Prince songs.

Monie Love, english (born Simone Johnson, 2 July 1970, Battersea, London, England.) Co-wrote with Prince and recorded 2 songs, 'In A Word or 2' and 'Born 2 B.R.E.E.D.)

Mica Paris, english (born b. Michelle Wallen, 27 April 1969, London, England.) Recorded 'If Eye Love U 2nite'.

Live performances:

Mica Paris (see details above) - performed live: 'Just My Imagination', Camden Palace, 25 July 1988.

Sting, english (born Gordon Sumner, 2 October 1951, Wallsend, Tyne & Wear, England) Performed live: 'Miss You', Wembley Arena, 14 August, 1986.

Ron Wood english (born Ronald David Wood, 1 June 1947, Hillingdon, Middlesex, England) Peformed live: 'Miss You', Wembley Arena, London, 14 August, 1986, and 'Miss You', Camden Palace, London, 25 July 1988

Film (all in 'Under the Cherry Moon'):

Kristin Scott Thomas, english (born 24 May 1960
Redruth, Cornwall, England)

Steven Berkoff english (born 3 August 1937
London, England)

Francesca Annis, english (born 14 May 1944
London, England)

Victor Spinetti, welsh (born 2 September 1933

Studio work:

Possibly Femi Jiya - he certainly hails from London in the past - but I'm not certain of his country of birth or nationality. Various credits dating back to 'Lovesexy'.

Remixing:

Mark Moore, british, I'm pretty certain. - 'Batdance remixes', The Future remix', Electric Chair remix'

William Orbit, english (b. William Wainwright, England) 'Batdance remixes', The Future remix', Electric Chair remix'

-----
If you extended beyond the UK to include Eire, you could include:

Bono (Vox), (born Paul David Hewson, 10 May 1960, Dublin, Eire). Performed with Prince(but failed to remember the words to 'The Cross'), 30 March 1995, The Pod, Dublin, Eire.
