Spotted Rave Un2 the Joy Fantastic in Graffiti Bridge

I had not noticed it before, because the last time I watched Graffiti Bridge was long before Rave Un2 the Joy Fantastic came out.

(side note: ...and it will be a long time before I watch GB again. Just saying.)

Where in the movie is it?

I haven't watched it since it came out on DVD in 2004, and before that it was the 1st time it was out on VHS, and before that it was at the movies. So I've seen it a grand total of 3 times.

Your post is vague for those who don't know what you're referring to.

You can see the title "Rave Unto The Joy Fantastic" on the sheet music that either Prince or Ingrid are handling. Ther are some other familiar titles in there, too.

I'm really surprised he never worked this song into live shows (other than Small Club) on a regular basis - at least in some fashion. He peppered it throughout Batman stuff, and it was obviously a track that meant something more to him.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

Congrats to you for not only watching Graffiti Bridge but also paying attention to anything going on in that painful process of movie cinema.

That thing makes Elvis Presley Movies look like gold.

Haha stop. GB is just proof of what happens with too many incomplete
story lines.

The dude had the mind of a comic book.

i forgot about the sheet music.
I think it is painted on a bridge too or did we cover that?

Everybody looking for Graffit Bridge. The real GB in MPLS.
Is Grafiti Bridge fame?

I could hear Rave mixed into Batdance. Hasn't that happened?
Surprise, surprise.
Another treat. Another trick.

While he was promoting the Rave album in Germany he said during an interview that the song sounded a bit too reminiscent of Kiss.....hence the reason why he "let it marinate a bit". His words, not mine. wink

" I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

I like that one when Elvis lifted the car to change the tire.

Yes. I did that on purpose. I wanted to force others to watch GB again like I did. I do not like to suffer alone.
