Bat shaped disc $$ ?

I picked up a bat shaped interview album a couple of weeks ago,It says " For Japan Only " on it. Does any one know the value or contents? Like most album collectors, I dont own a turn table and probably wont play it cuz its brand new. Any one know?

One was sold on Ebay about a month ago - it went for about £10.
Don't think interview discs fetch very high prices.
