Prince Rushed to Hospital After Emergency Landing

Was just gonna say, the tweets he made were from Chanhassen so he must be back home now. I just hope he is okay. I bet you anything this was because he wasn't fully recovered from the flu, he wanted to do those dates and he rushed his recovery. | |

Man, I hope he is okay. I am sure he pushed himself to come back quickly for that ATL show. I hope we hear some official news soon. (Also, remember that a staffer could be tweeting on his behalf today. )
EDIT - Seems like good news. Questlove tweeted that TMZ story then deleted it a few minutes later and posted this: ""I'm cool" #nevermind" Assuming Prince or someone in his camp contacted him.

Hope he's OK. Sounds plausible he's not fully recovered from flu. But that's speculation. As for TMZ - ffs talk about conflicting hearsay. He's either ok or not, is TMZ known for getting facts right, or simply gossip rag? | |

Something seems strange to me. Maybe some of you can help me out with speculations, but last night his concert in Atlanta ended around midnight. Even if he was wisked away immediately after leaving the stage (around 11:45pm) traffic was bad even during the concert (via a friend who text me while I was in the 10pm concert). Let's even say traffic wasn't horrible, to get from the Fox Theater to the closest municipal airport takes 30 minutes. So that means he's on the plane by 12:05 if all goes well. Then, to fly from Atlanta to Moline where the plane made it's emergency stop takes about 2 hours. That would put Prince in Moline around 2am (If all other timing went off without a hitch). However, the TMZ article says that his plane touched down there shortly after 1am.

Damn, hard to tell what's going on what with the constant 24/7 media blitz nowadays but a few news sources are saying that he's doing okay so hopefully nothing bad has happened Heavenly wine and roses seems to whisper to me when you smile...

Well, I hope he's ok but we have to remember that he's not a young man anymore. All these concerts and constant stream of albums are bound to take their toll on him. And let's face it, he's not the healthiest looking man in the world. I love (most of) his music and obviously, I'd like him to release an album or three every year, but not at the cost of his health. I hope he looks after himself and makes a speedy recovery. | |

He does not engage in cheap tactics for publicity. Crying on tv, divulging sad events on tv...this guy, like all of us, has ha pain and never talks. This is because he is an old school gentleman- what should stay at home, stays in the home. I hope you take care of whatever this is. I was at the Toronto show an it was INCREDIBLE. I wish you a long life... |
