Need info on Oakland 1-22-98 shows

I'm not trying to find bootlegs, link or direct anyone to their location. just need some information please!

So, at the radio station I work at I found a loose Prince cdr of the Jam of The Year Tour finale at Oakland Arena on January 22, 1998. I've never seen this show circulate, and upon doing some research, the only things I could find from this date are video, and audio of the aftershow. No audio for the show on my cdr.

So i am wondering if this show is uncirculated. Has anyone seen this around or have it? The tracklist matches up with what's known to have been played so I don't think its a misdate or anything. But havent listened to the whole thing yet, so not certain.

P did come to Hawaii in 2004 (where I am), and I'm thinking potentially could have left it at the station. Other artists have done similar, but no one nearly as famous as prince. Kirk Johnson's name is on it too. I'm thinking maybe he knew someone that worked where I work and left it for them. Has he been known to do things like that?

This is also just part 1 of the show, and for the life of me, I can't find part 2 anywhere. If someone from P's camp left it, it would make more sense there's no part 2 than if some shmo I work with made it. Then again, someone could have totally taken part 2, but why not take part 1 too then. I don't know. Haven't asked anyone I work with, but I doubt they know as the cdr is so old.

Anyway, I'm interested in what people have to say about this find

Just noticed the video circulating on YouTube - very nice. Looks pro shot.
How's the sound quality of the cd-r? If it's soundboard you may have something special on your hands. Not much soundboard audio from this tour.

Nah, its just an audience sad

But for an audience from the 90's, the sound is pretty good. Definitely one that most people wouldn't mind sitting down and listening to. I'm still unsure if the tape is around in circulation. If it is, it seems pretty rare at least hard to find.

Even soundboard, I wouldn't be interested in listening. The band just was not good at that time -- and you couldn't have paid me to go to a show of mostly medleys. This is what I mean about what's in the vault. You have to pick and choose what you're going to listen to. Listening to everything just isn't possible and I'm not listening to arena/stadium shows where Kirky J was the drummer.

If you go to the previous show right before Oakland he was in Tampa after the main show at a club....I was there & down front....not many of us in there the later it got....I have that ....was owed a favor & perfectly recorded....actually got it thru folks that ran Interactive Magazine in the UK....how they were able to get the things they did always amazed me.....Prince asked me a question direct and it is on this CD......great moment for me......afterwards Mr. Hayes came out n about....we had a great talk....I remember I asked where is next?

and he said " West Coast- Cali"......I also got Rhonda's autograph that night....Mayte & Larry G were there and it did not matter not many folks were there....Prince played & played....pretty soon after this the bad language in songs stopped= downer for me.

If there's video, you can be sure there's circulating audio.

Someone told me there is audio on boot. But I'm still not sure if he means the after show at Club Townsend. Basically I wont believe it til I see/hear it.

Either way, I'm trying to figure out where this recording stands with what's out there. Just taking for granted that audio from the video is circulating. Then people would no doubt be interested in this audience, as its better quality.

The audio spectrum extends to typical cd quality range, 16 bit 48~ khz.

The audience video (and audio from it) have both circulated for some considerable time.
