OK.....brainstorming here.....any possibilities we all get together and I don't know petition or stand up for things like...a TV station just devoted to Prince Music, Videos etc....with all the stations here in the Philadelphia area a bunch of nothing is always on... on cable TV...even the ones that play the music some/ most are really not that great....

Starting point....get some type of nicely worded document explaining then-- with all of our signatures and / or comments.... THEN go at those politians in the Minnesota area that did pay tribute to him.

As far as cable TV goes...I lived in the Philippines around the 2008 to 2010 timeframe...they get the EXACT same stations ( cable) that we do here in the Philly area....gotta say they know who the Kardashians and John Cena are....they have no clue who Prince is/ was....they were familiar with MJ.

Point is if we ALL get similar type stations a possibility exists that this works for all of us no matter where we are in this purple world??

Again just brainstorming here....sorry to say I agree with that Vatican article paying tribute to him....mainstream will play the hits then just bury the music....WE need to STAND UP as a group and keep at it....lets think about turning negativity into POSITIVITY....purple folks here know this guy was prolific....most folks who just know the hits= No Clue......in my world I am the only one I know into the deeper catalog, non hits, music shows etc....seems sometimes like this was just my experience and no one gets it because they don't know.

Look at all that has been uploaded on you tube....Music, Live Shows...a 24/ 7 spot TV station OR at least take the radio programmers by the ear....I don't know but doing SOMETHING is better than just letting the Mainstream have there way.

It is EASY to be negative with the " this can't be done"......if we LOVE the music that this guy did then how about standing up and going at something to show the LOVE??

Mainstream will not bother.....Spike TV won't bother to change programming for a committment like this....Hollywood folks too self centered on themselves....if he had real true to the core friends they would politic for this....they won't.....SO the man himself said he doesn't like to call us " fans " he prefers " friends".....So do we make something/ ANYTHING happen or do we just sit by doing nothing and let the world have it's way?????

These are just suggestions I made....brainstorming ideas.....kick it around and lets ALL agree on something....it is better than doing nothing....no matter where we are....if we truly love the music lets be heard??

Anybody can do nothing...that is easy to do.
