Yeah. Well, maybe then, like Schwarzenegger and Stallone. Fierce competitors in the 80s and 20 years after their heyday they finally make movies together. It's a shame, that Michael and Prince never worked together. That would have been the culmination of everything. I'm at happy though, that Michael at least saw one of his concerts. 2bad that there is no video footage of it.

If Hendrix was alive when Prince was, would they have re-recorded Duelling Banjos on the gee-tarr?

Given that Bieber is a multi-instrumentalist, would Prince have eventually have collaborate with him years from now if he wasn't dead&

Do you think that eventually, Lady Gaga would have covered A Love Bizarre and invited Prince to duo?

If Miles Davis was still alive, do you think he would offer his help to curate the vault?

And on and on and on.

Yes exactly. I was thinking when they were both older, they wouldn't have anythin to prove and might just do it for the fans and because it would have been intersting to them.. It's tough to imagine both of their distinctive voices in a song, but maybe it could have worked.

they did recently apparently... I can't tell if this is great, good or terrible. I was quite emotionless when i watched it. Felt weird. I appreciate the work that went into it i suppose.

I don't think so. Apparently MJ thought that Prince was a "meanie".

Don't know if this is really true but I just watched The Graham Norton show with Will.i.am who told a story about Prince & MJ:

"The TV presenter and singer remembered inviting Jackson to a show in Las Vegas.
.."I told him I was performing with Prince later on and that he should come along. It was a magnificent night with me, Chris Tucker and Michael Jackson watching Prince rock on stage."

The night took an unexpected turn, however, when "Prince steps off the stage and plays the bass in Michael's face," according to Will.i.am.

The following day, Jackson invited Will.i.am over for breakfast, "and the first words he says as he opens the door are, 'Why was Prince playing the bass in my face?' " Will.i.am said. "When I said he was just being nice, Michael said, 'No, he's always been a meanie.' "
