question about the "atmosphere" of groovy potential

sorry i searched and the latest thread i found about groovy potential was closed, so...

theres this sound quality in groovy potential, and i think also in fallinlove2nite, that makes me feel like i'm laying down at the north pole, alone, under the northern lights,( even though i have yet to physically do that). Just some kind of exquisite emptiness that i'm wondering if theres a word for in sound engineer language or something...anyone?

thanks!

Maybe it's the particular tone of reverb? "Groovy Potential" uses reverb more like he did in the 80's.

That's a great jam. Hit and Run 2 is really great start to finish.

Sigh.
Surprise, surprise.
Another treat. Another trick.
