If they were to release 5 live CDs/DVDs... ...which should they release the most if they only had 5 to ever officially release on a CD and/or DVD? Obviously not all at the same time.. Here are my picks... 1) The 1983 the first avenue show 2) '94 through '95-ish NPG Live Experience (anything from this era would be real good) 3) Musicology live 4) Montreax 2009 live 5) Piano & a Microphone ”The people that will end up defining ‘Hate Speech Laws’ are the very people you don’t want to define the Hate Speech Laws” — Jordan B Peterson

This is a great list but I would want a true ONA show in there.

True. But since it's been officially released, I didn't list it. (even though the best of those shows aren't released) ”The people that will end up defining ‘Hate Speech Laws’ are the very people you don’t want to define the Hate Speech Laws” — Jordan B Peterson

I have a live 3 CD set from April 21,1998 Philadelphia....perfectly recorded & special also since it is April 21....very funky setlist: Face Down, 18 & Over etc....it's Slammin" I've never let anyone have it or copy it.
With the terrific perfect sound & Prince also throwing in the jokes this would easily be at the top...anyone who was there that night got their moneys worth ++....I was down front myself....

I would say a re-release of Lovesexy Dortmund 1988 on dvd; A re-release of Prince & The Revolution live at Syracuse 1984 on dvd Anything from the Parade tour 1986 on dvd Anything from the Nude Tour 1990 on dvd. The footage is all there, just burn it onto dvd and release that fine stuff! 'Liberate My Mind'

i really want to see a DVD of the 21 Nights in London string of shows...ideally one whole show and a load of bonus tracks that cover ever other song played throughout the run but not in the main feature :) Lovesexy...an obvious choice, and of course most of us have seen it before as it has been officially released, but that HAS to be there, no..? I love the Gold Experience era and band, so that has to be there for me...the Montreux 2009 show 2 is on Youtube, I'd love a proper dvd of that too.. then for the last choice, I guess it has to be some real old, early stuff, just to cover as much of his career as possible. Personally, I think not releasing more live material in his lifetime was the real faux pas of his career. Some bands/ artists record and release EVERY show. can you imagine that with Prince? How BROKE would you be right now?! This is not an exit

Every now and then there are dvd-releases of gigs at the Montreux-festival thru Eagle Vision. Maybe now they're allowed to issue Prince's performance. Probably someone out there is working very hard to get it done. 'Liberate My Mind'
