Beyonce is beyond awful. She's the opposite of everything Prince stood for. Please don't bring up that he mentioned that he was surprised that she knew 'scales'. She rarely contributes a lyric and writes nothing else. Here's the way a Beyonce album is planned.

1. Sitting around a board room table with label executives trying to think up an album theme. Label executives choose a theme based on what will sell.

2. They craft a plan to make sure every song has an accompanying video, because we all know what she's really only good for.

3. They craft a plan to embellish a story about Jay-Z and another woman so she'll have something to talk about.

4. They choose a theme about "Lemonade" because life has dealt her lemons and she's making Lemonade.

Yes. You were a multi-millionaire when you were a teenager. You married a near billionaire before 30. The kid with down-syndrome who lost his mom in a car crash... Dealt lemons? Nah. She was the one dealt lemons. Gimmicky BS.

Why am I so negative toward her? It's the realization that Prince is gone and no one as talented will ever grace us again because we glamorize the Kardashian of music: Beyonce.

To add insult to injury, Radiohead releases a new album and I go on Tidal to listen to it and I cannot even find a mention of it because "Lemonade" is forced upon me all over the page.

I'm offended she covered the song.

I understand all the comments, Beyonce is a great performer but she does always pick the best songss to cover. I am afraid to listen to it. I remember seeing the interview Prince did after the Grammy performance and he was interested in her musical knowledge and from the look on his face and not the words coming out of her mouth, he wasn't impressed. Does anyone remember that?

I agree. Lemonade is BEYONCÉ part 2, yet different.

There are some songs that should just never be covered. And as Mariah Carey solidified quite well in 1997, "The Beautiful Ones" is one of those songs.
