Prince went to high school at Bryant Junior High. The school was shut down in 1979 and turned into Sabathani Community Center. Sabathani threw a huge block party to celebrate the life and music of Prince...thousands showed up including Flavor Flav.

As part of th celebration, a 20 billion pixel group photograph was taken from the roof. It captures all of the attendees in amazing clarity!

Surely there's no one else that has such a wide audience?..

In this pic alone there's old, young, black, white, hip hop kids, punk/emo kids. It's stunning.

He always wanted diversity, that's why he always modelled his bands on Sly. With a mix of white/black men/women.

Excellent observation...melting pot would definitely be an understatement! We visited Paisley Park as well and ran into the exact same thing. We met folks from all over the world, all shapes sizes and colors.
