No idea why the thread was bumped, however beyond that the sponsor did state that he is committed to introducing a new version of the bill next session.

Last night I bumped every single thread mentioning the estate in the title so that the entire front page of this forum was covered with threads where people were freaking out about the estate. Hoping that when someone's Google news alert popped up, they would post on one of those threads.
And someone still posted a new thread about the estate. Good times falloff
