just want to pipe in that I was at said gig too and was utterly shocked when he played this!
I actually liked the fact he'd dropped "intercourse" from the vocals as it sounded a bit more natural. I only got to see Prince live 3 times - that was a magical moment though. (As was him playing Purple Rain- in the rain, in Dublin.)

I'm so glad this thread exists. I hadn't seen this video before. Seriously, this is pretty much the first truly happy Prince thought/memory I've had since he passed. I'm thankful for the Org, and for my fellow fans.
