Arsenio Hall filed a $5 million defamation lawsuit against Sinead O’Connor for telling the world that he was Prince’s drug dealer.

His lawyers, Marty Singer and Lynda Goldman, filed the suit Thursday morning, in which Arsenio calls Sinead a “desperate attention-seeker” for posting an incendiary rant on Facebook earlier this week. She called Prince a “longtime hard drug user” who got his supply from “Arsenio Hall (AKA Prince’s and Eddie Murphy’s bitch).”

In the suit, Arsenio flat out denies ever supplying Prince with illegal drugs — and adds, he hasn’t had contact with Sinead for 25 years. He also denies spiking her with drugs back in the day … as she claimed.

As for why she targeted him — Arsenio says she’s repeatedly said she met Prince a couple times and she “detested” him. She also says she told Prince “to go f*** himself.”

Arsenio implies this is par for the course with Sinead, saying she is “well known for her media antics and for seeking attention through inflammatory Facebook posts.”

Who didn't see that coming? Sinead, apparently. Oops!

LOL. Unbelievable. Sinead is crazy. Plus, we all know there was no love lost between her and Prince. I have heard more stories about Prince since he died then I have ever heard about him while alive. People need to keep Prince's name out of their mouth and stop trying to make themselves relevant again. RIP Prince. Wish you were here to check them all.

No excuse. Prince isn't here to defend his honor and the vile language she used to defame Prince and Arsenio Hall was beyond classless. She can't hide behind her illness, if Prince can't, Sinead O'Connor can't.

Even if it's all eventually dropped, I'm glad someone (with the heft to do it) is sticking it to ol' girl for a while. She can say whatever she wants, but at least tell the truth.

This worthless broad has been evil and nuts for a long time. Even if she hates Prince, a rational person would at least shut the hell up just a few days after his death seeing as any fame she has is due to a wonderful song that Prince let her use.

Sick or not, there are consequences for your actions and her "handlers/managers" if she has any, should have checked her before she went on her rant. Completely without class and gratitude for what Prince has done for her.

Where was all theis gossip when Prince was alive? Yea, there wasn't any then and none now.

I don't think she would ever have the guts to do that when Prince was alive - he would have shut her down completely. So sad.

What's more sad, its that this brings her back into the news and potentially album sales. Motive?
